Life Coaching is a collaboration in which clients are asked questions to gain clarity, self-awareness and insight.

about hypnotherapy
Hypnosis is the process of putting one's inner critic in a state of relaxation so that one's subconscious beliefs can be accessed and reoriented to the client's desired outcomes. Hypnosis feels so natural because it is. while in hypnosis, one feels the deeply relaxed familiar feeling experienced right before one falls asleep.

In this slower theta brainwave state, the client's mind is primed to accept suggestions that, with permission, are planted in the subconscious mind creating new and natural behaviors that are wholly aligned with the client's desired outcomes.

about change
There are 4 stages to the desired change process:
1. Contemplation- Acknowledge there's discomfort
but not ready to change.
2. Preparation- Getting ready to change (finding support) 3. Action - Taking steps to change (engaging with support)
4. Maintenance - Maintaining the change

about your brain
The brain doesn't care so much about truth, its job is help us survive. It does this by storing our memories in our subconscious library so that we can operate on autopilot - where function becomes second nature. (ex. driving, walking, eating). This is why self-awareness is the foundation of the change process. With self-awareness and subconscious congruence, one
makes conscious decisions that support intended results. Your brain is perfectly capable of creating and orienting to new beliefs and habits that empower & support you in your life.
Helping people develop self-awareness and a deeper understanding of themselves moves the individual in their own right direction. Clients I've worked with have reduced stress, released excess weight, stopped smoking, started exercising, improved their sleep, deepened relationships, and developed healthier habits. They did it because they wanted to take better care of themselves and feel more joy, purpose, and peace.

What I bring to each session is the integration of my coaching, hypnotherapy and community health work, along with Socratic questioning, reflective feedback, evidence-based tools, ongoing research in holistic well-being, and years of client successs stories.

what to expect
We begin with a virtual 1.5 hour A to Be session where you share your story; what's causing discomfort and what you want to experience instead. Also, you will learn & practice a simple technique to navigate through uncomfortable emotions & experience a hypnosis session.
​
You'll receive a customized self-hypnosis recording for ongoing subconscious alignment with your desired outcomes.
​
The next two sessions will be determined by your progress & include inner work through coaching & hypnotherapy.

A quiet & private space where you can be physically comfortable.
​
Access to the internet via charged phone, tablet or computer.
​
Earbuds/headphones strongly suggested.
​
Zoom online meeting platform, or FaceTime via your
iPhone/tablet/computer, or Facebook messenger video.

sessions, fees & payment
After our initial 15-minute consult, the first A to Be session is 1.5 hours for the fee of $125. & includes a personalized self-hypnosis recording for continued support. Subsequent sessions are 1 hour @$75.00.
