introduction
Hi, my name is Mary Campagna, professional coach, hypnotherapist, and creative.
When I begin my workshops, I ask participants to describe an object or place as a haiku (Japanese-style 17-syllable poem). Invariably, everyone has their own unique poem with their own unique perspective. This demonstrates to participants how our experiences impact our perspectives. Someone who is allergic to strawberries will have a very different haiku than someone who savors them.
I am, and always have been, very interested in human behavior. Why are some people confident while others doubt themselves? What drives us to change? Can thoughts truly change one's life? Why do some people take good care of themselves and others not so much? And, what is the meaning of life?
What I know for sure is this: the answers to all these questions are shaped by one's lived experience—the lens through which we view everything.
For that reason, I am passionate about helping people develop deeper self-awareness and 20/20 vision around their beliefs, patterns, and habits that either inhibit or support their full self-expression. When you work with me, you will learn so much more about yourself, dismantle limiting stories and build practices that support your whole well-being —gently and sustainably.
my personal 'why'
Like everyone, I’ve had my share of uncomfortable emotions, self-critical thoughts, and unhelpful habits that needed to change.
To support myself, I began working with a therapist who helped me explore the origins of my emotional responses. Later, I engaged with a weight-loss coach who guided me toward deeper self-awareness, greater self-love, and better health.
At the time, I was creating and selling my photography at art shows—and while it was fulfilling, I knew there was more I wanted to give. I felt called to help others the way I had been helped. That’s when I decided to train and certify as a life coach, hypnotherapist, and community healthcare worker.
Now, I use these skills to help people navigate meaningful change. I coach individuals into more empowered versions of themselves—and I create uplifting tools and products that support ongoing personal growth.
If you’re feeling stuck or ready to feel better in your own skin, I’m here to help you reconnect with your true self and begin your own journey of evolution.

guiding principles
*
People are naturally whole and good born with innate resources & potential.
Everyone experiences their own unique peaks and valleys on their life journey.
Everyone (and Life itself) is an ever-changing creative process.
Sustainable well-being is supported by self-awareness, self-compassion, self-love, self-responsibility, self-belief, community, connection, and a clear vision of what one wants to feel, wants more of, and/or, wants instead.
With practice, anyone can cultivate skills and habits that support personal, natural and whole well-being.
There is always help...no one is ever alone.
Every single human on this earth presents an opportunity for us to see ourselves more clearly - in how we show up, what our strengths are, and what we still have to learn.
*
Principles assume that basic needs are met & that the person is in a safe place.
